Refunds

At Phone Mechanics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your repaired device. If you are not satisfied with your repair, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your device and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If your device needs to be returned, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send it back to us. Once we receive your device, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for pre-owned devices or accessories unless they are defective.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned device. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
